Depends what you want; in general: Fish offers one behaviour out of the box with very little configurability, and that it's. If you like that behaviour then Fish is great. If you don't, then well, it's not so much. zsh on the

Many competent developers are horrible at these live coding challenges. I suspect at least some people just "failed" out of anxiousness. That said, it's certainly true there's lots of spam in job applications.

One of the issues in Go is that if all you ever do if "if err != nil { return err }", you will quickly run in to problems because you will have errors like "open foo: no such file or directory" or "sql: no rows in r

It's The Office of the 50s-80s. Amazingly it wasn't translated into English until 2017, which is probably why it's lesser known outside of Europe. I assume this is because the translation rights/contracts with Mr. De M

You can argue semantics on this, but "wasn’t known to the Greeks of the first century BCE" is basically accurate, or certainly "accurate enough" for this context. All of the heliocentric writers were basically little mor

How would that realistically work? Because "just use a new codec" would mean you'd end up with old DVD players not being able to play newer DVDs, and a very frustrating transition period. They would be different incompatible

The thing is that JSON was intended to be a data exchange format, not a configuration file format or anything else. IMHO Crockford's reasoning makes a lot more sense with that in mind.
