I'd be really surprised if Mandarin reached such status not only in 20 years, but in the next 100 years. While it certainly gets more popular due to China's growth as an economic power, its far behind English when it comes to numb

Certain countries in Europe (e.g. Italy or Poland) have only adopted concept of bachelor degree in 2000s. Before that you had to study for 5 years and you got master degree. Certain majors still follow that rule (e.g. psychology or law). I

I think the first time I read about "standing seats" was in Ryanair magazine in 2010. They didn't introduce it, I'm sure it was because of regulations (but they're from EU, maybe airlines in other parts of the world

Your comment is unfair. These websites are not scams. A couple of years ago I was looking for 10-15h/week gigs and using one of competitors of freelancer.com proved to work for me. Was it annoying to bid for gigs? Yes. Was the quality

Does it still get updates though? In 2011 I bought a Motorola Droid 2 and I it's been one of the best phones I've used, but I don't think I've ever got any system update. It's been stuck on 2.1 forever.

Some articles suggested that Apple tries to embed scanner in the screen, and if they don't manage to do it, it'll be placed on the power button instead. Of course these are just rumours
