Forgot to mention in my other comment, but I always do a fare estimate before actually hailing the Uber to get some sense of what I'm up against.

May or may not be relevant, but if I recall correctly, you can actually inquire with Uber whether or not your driver took the most optimal route, in which case they will refund you the difference.

Of course, I'm merely saying that there might be some benefit that arises from implementing a specification (ES6) into a newer engine vs a legacy engine.

I wonder if Microsoft is actually spearheading the implementation of ES6 in the browser or did they benefit from the timelines of the ES6 specification fortuitously lining up with the development of Edge - or maybe both.

That's an interesting thought - is 780mph at 4000ft worse or just different? It's clear that the lower your altitude, the more air there will be to "interact" with - however, even at an extremely high altitude (with virt

Really puts into perspective (or doesn't) something like Columbia breaking up at somewhere around 14,000mph.

Right right - I'm working on a large framework (built-in ember) where everything is components, hence the appropriateness of rems. That being said, I'm not sure I follow your example about the footnote - I don't see any diffe

I prefer using rems over ems, as ems are a pain to deal with for large applications (due to the nature of compounding).

How many private company has more space flight knowledge, patents, or design experience than Boeing? Agreed, do people not realize how involved Boeing is with the commercial space landscape?

Except that Boeing is also heavily (and increasingly) involved with commercial space as well, e.g. satellite building, launch vehicles and human spaceflight vehicles.
