There’s one app that’s available in some European countries and a separate one for others. I don’t remember the exact breakdown, but I believe one covers some of the Asian countries (where Google Play is available)

I had the same thought. They say memory, but it’s unlikely they mean RAM here. 512gb of SSD should fit 5 days x 2 HD cameras @ 30fps, so I’m pretty sure that’s what they mean.
