Open Source translations tend to be better in general. Specialy for smaller languages like Estonian. MS uses pretty horrible direct machine translations here that usually don't make sense.

In Estonia we are trying to do similar thing with infra/isp split. Coverage is limited but already those places can get 1Gbit internet 3X cheaper than others.

Looks like this site is using quite heavy css layout rules. Performance is pretty bad on lower power computers and mobile devices. Not great first impressions.

You don't even have to load a sketch to the Arduino. Just connect the RESET pin to GND. That will keep the Atmega IC on stop state and the TX/RX pins are free for what ever you need them to use for.

Systemd is probably the single best thing to happen GNU/Linux in a long time. It unified service management code behind a quite easy to use config files and api.

And legal side is already solved in EU since 2014 with eIDAS regulation. Estonia was one of the first to make digital signatures legaly binding with its ID-Card system.

Everything should get its IPv6 configuration via SLAAC. DHCPv6 is only useful when you plan to provide prefix delegation for extra routers or network boot information.
