I don't know why people are obsessed with squash merging. I always rebase (when needed) to preserve commit history. It's a good best practice, and makes it easier to spot errors after fixing conflicts. I suspect squashers use the

I am wondering if RISC-V becomes often used in mobile CPUs, will this adoption have a positive effect on the ecosystem, or the big companies will steer RISC-V towards more corporate use cases and make it less friendly to enthusiasts.

I have no idea if this is true, but I suppose it's not rocket science and the mechanics in the knows can service them. It's not some valuable information you can obtain from them. And if it's some manuals they are after, they

By enterprise I mean a lot of features related to data consistency, scalability and integrations. I do not know about go ecosystem, but java and spring have mature solutions that cover the most advanced use cases.

Exception handling and generics are missing key pieces from go. But adding them will make go look like java. I just wish java would add null safety in the type system in a first citizen way. For enterprise use java has no competitors. You h

It depends. If it's not some core area of the code, but more like a script, some code that lives at the periphery, it might be better to "duplicate" almost similar code that is hard to abstract. I saw attempts to remove "

You may not know exactly which part needs to be replaced, until you go to a shop to diagnose the issue. That would be 2 trips instead of one. And there could be issues with multiple parts. And you can't know about further issues until

You can make your own project, with arduino and a bunch of components. There should be a project that will require use of different techniques, like using a transistor instead of a relay, using resistors to not burn up components, using a v

I am not overly optimistic, but if you are able to run the servers locally and run the frontends locally and have the list of all features the application has, then you should be able to execute them all locally and underatand how it works.
