This is sad, TouchArcade reviewed my very first game on iOS back in the iPhone 4 days. A lot of places ignored my game but TouchArcade gave my game a fair chance and I will forever appreciate them for that. Thanks to the TA team and here’s

This is some creative (and cringe) marketing for a calendar app. To summarize in a sentence; Basically build something that people want, make it accessible and don't burn out on useless cargo-culting

To counter your point I have a site running since 2019 that is still up with no input from me or anybody, it’s a dynamic site too. It’s running on docker on a vps at digitalocean. If you build a rock solid configuration it will stand the te

Exactly! Third party libraries never have bugs or security issues and are all known by all developers like the back of their hands! I doubt you could write your own OS if your life depended on it though.

I don’t know what Switzerland you are talking about, only 12% of the population is considered obese so I don’t see how over half the men here are obese.

That’s not wrong, look at America, very tasty food and very unhealthy people. In Switzerland the food is no where near as tasty and the people are healthier and in better shape.

or it just continues working for another 23 years. Do you have a password system that has worked successfully for as long? Just because you “feel” that it’s not good doesn’t mean your feelings are correct.

I have been using the internet since the 90s, my Hotmail account is 23 years old and I have never lost any of my accounts. I think it’s working quite well in my experience.

My base password is secret but it is an alpha numeric string with mixed caps. An example would be “p45Sw0rD-Apple+” something in that vain. So in the end the password contains numbers, letters both capped and lower case and special characte

I was really into Convolutional Neural Networks back in the day and when you visualize the layers you’d get interesting patterns. I’m guessing the same would happen with LLMs but the patterns will be a lot more abstract but still some what

Base password plus company name or initials. One password mutated into infinite variations that are easy to remember. This has been working fine for me for at least 15 years.

I have stopped giving websites money because the friction of using magic links was too much and I found alternatives that didn’t involve such a dumb login system. My theory is if you can’t make a proper login system you’re skills probably a
