True. I am speaking from my own experience of having a lot of pain at the desk at one point in my life. After I started exercising regularly I have had zero problems for years.

If you're having those issues, please address the underlying problem instead of thinking that having the perfect ergonomic setup will fix your body. Getting up from the desk each day and getting some physical activity in will help your

Well those flip phones aren't built with the same intentions. This phone was made to be distraction free as much as is practical. It restricts me in ways that I appreciate. I have zero ways to check email, reddit, etc.

IDK about y'all, but being lazy generally makes me feel horrible. I love getting things done. I hate having to labor simply to enrich others and for me to survive. But I love doing work that I think is meaningful and makes a difference
