I've been trying to learn Perl 6 for a long time now. The PDF book is great but nothing beats a paperback style novel you can read anywhere. I got hooked onto Perl (long time back!) after reading the Programming Perl book (Camel book). IMO

Long time Linux desktop user. After using ArchLinux for just over six months with Xfce, I recently switched to Debian Squeeze. I'm so glad that Xfce will be the default DE. Its simple and gets the job done.

I just started a new project a week back with the objective to apply real time effects/filters to an audio stream. Main choice of programming language is Perl. Firstly as I have more than 10 years of experience using it. And secondly as its

I switched to ArchLinux and Xfce a month back from Ubuntu. I really liked Unity and I'm looking forward to trying out Ubunto 12.04 but for all purposes I'm going to stick with Arch and Xfce.

As with most, I'm pleasantly surprised by the emotions in me related to Steve Jobs' death. I've only ever used an iPod. I guess this is testament to the person he was. Screw the tech stuff.

Been looking for something like this. Any way I can store metadata about the tasks. Or rather more data. Say I would like a "budget" field for a task.

What has complex got to do with the editor? Maybe it would help a bit. But if you design the codebase to be modular, you have only a little part of the code to worry about at a time, so you can use your current editor setup. :)
