2008 was more of a housing bubble. I think this crash looks a lot more similar to 1999 - when valuations were ridiculous (see: http://assets.bwbx.io/images/iIS_j8I_fYlI/v2/-1x-1.jpg ) and people were borrowing

I personally trust Mark Zuckerberg more then I trust our government with the money. I think it will go a lot farther. I wouldn't say that about every billionaire though.

I think that's why they created a non-profit organization, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Non-profits are taxed differently and I'm sure they'll figure out how to get the money where it needs to be and pay as little tax as possi

But drivers must maintain a 4.5 star rating, which means the cabbies would at least have to fix their behavior or suffer the consequences. There are no consequences for bad taxi drivers.
