You should have sent at least one email to someone you have never met telling them that they should stop using tables. But I like tables. There's so organized. I hate this floating div crap.

It could also be for behavioral reasons they prefer not to mention. I don't doubt that a neutered fox, much like the domestic dog, is much more aggressive with its testes intact.

It was a tongue-in-cheek comment. "Inseminate" means "to introduce semen into the reproductive tract of a female." You implant embryos, not inseminate.

Sort of mostly right. You can't artificially inseminate with an embryo though, only semen. What was interesting about the experiment is that while they only selected for tameness, a lot of the characteristics you see in modern dogs arose.

Actually, they usually cost around $100 at most shelters. They have to recoup the spay/neuter costs some how.

Well, the one I stayed in had a lot of cats, but it certainly wasn't dirty. It was actually pretty awesome. The lady who was running it was using the revenue to rescue cats from NYC overrun animal shelters, where cats maybe last 3 days be

"[T]o bear" means "to give birth" in common parlance. So lesbians can certainly bear children by themselves, but men, the vast majority of which have no wombs, cannot. Citation: #3 http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/bear And while you

There's actually a sensitive period very early on in a baby's life when you can start to use that technique ("infant potty training"). Your kid is likely simply past that sensitive period.

Asking someone to marry you (I assume that's what the next step is- maybe it's something else) when you don't know what the answer will be pretty much only happens in movies. And it's not a good idea. I was just at a friend's wedding last

I remember reading somewhere that talking about a project you're going to start makes you less likely to work on it, because talking about it is satisfying. If you go public, you might be less motivated to actually make progress. I've foun

Non-diet soda is almost as bad as cigarettes Now that, my friend, is hyperbole. You are 1.6 times more likely to become obese if you drink soda. You are 10-20 times more likely to get lung cancer if you smoke cigarettes (CDC website

That actually doesn't surprise me, given the work of Dan Ariely. He's done similar experiments (but not with sex; with people doing some silly task on the computer) and found that people would do better on the task if their reward was a gi

It's not about values, it's about reproduction. Good looks on a gal are correlated with fertility, so a guy who marries her will have a chance at a higher reproductive success. A guy with resources can afford to take care of said children,
