    I believe we share the same goal: make it easy to build smart bots. This is a very hard problem, all of us are far from solving it. It's good that different approaches are tried.

    You can use Bot Engine to build a Slack bot too, it's not tied to Messenger in any way, there is a HTTPS API. Use cases on Messenger will probably be more around customer care or entertainment, news, etc.

    +1 we had the exact same bad experience with Zenefits. It looked easy and nice at the beginning, but quickly became a nightmare when they did mistakes for half of our employees. Once mistakes were done, it became harder and harder to contac
