> Learn how to use AI effectively for coding. This is absolutely non-trivial, and a lot of good programmers are terrible LLMs users (and end believing LLMs are not useful for coding). I've been asking this on every AI coding thread.

I've been using chatgpt for career coaching and improving my visibility at work. It has been surprisingly helpful. A million times more helpful than my own manager. I really don't understand what the point of EMs is.

i agree. i think chatgpt is best model for coding. Coders want to be hardcore and don't want to use the most popular model out there because they don't want do what masses are doing.

Ah gotcha. yea those are some of the ways i use llms too. There is a pesudo-mandate at work that all new code must be generated by LLMs so ppl are checking in llm junk without proper vetting. Why extract common logic into a method when you

you seem to be spamming a version of this comment on every AI post. Can you put money where your mouth is. can you demo this flow on a open source issue on a repo like pytorch ? I am curious to see how many issues this junior developer can

they are "game changers" if you are a mediocre software dev thats churning out crud widgets . any decent software developer uses and creates abstractions instead of generating reams of code using AI. From what i've seen at

it works great for bad engineers who don't abstract and churn out repetitive widgets. Unfortunately ceo manager types cannot distinguish between bad and good enginners

Is hosting spark really that groundbreaking ? Also isn't spark kind of too complicated for 90% of enterprisey data-processing . I really don't understand the valuation for this company. Why is it so high.
