That statement is meaningless. The government provides incentives and deductions for certain reasons (e.g. buying electric cars, home offices, charity contributions, etc.). It's put into law by the lawmakers.

Insurance almost surely contributed to increased costs. Hospitals inflate costs because they want to charge more money to the insurance providers, and they get away with it.

C# is a much more powerful language than golang, with great monitoring and introspection tools. C# also has nuget (among others) for package management.

golang isn't really a threat. It's a weak language with a very messy ecosystem. They don't even have proper versioning figured out, not to mention a proper package manager.
