I think your advice of not learning the operations is really bad advice, especially for a small business. If it's a low margin business, hiring people when you should be doing the work yourself isn't going to help. Small business

In my experience, the high-top add protection from being stepped on by other players who are wearing cleats. Useful for people who are pushing each other (NFL linemen, rugby scrums). Not for protection against ankle twists.

On my Apple Watch 3, when on a run, I would look at my watch for heart rate and pace, but Apple would always show Music first, even though i don’t listen to music when running. Bought a Garmin watch immediately after that.
