I feel this is great in combination with an agent like OpenClaw or Hermes.

Remember: every heat pump is a semi-permanent move to electricity over other fuels. People almost never go back. This isn't just a temporary improvement.

For a semi? That's seems absurd.

I doubt that's the case in America where gas-powered cars (/ trucks) are also huge and heavy. A Model 3 weighs less than a Ford 150.

Exactly. And it wasn't a secret either. He shouted 'drill baby drill' at any opportunity. And then the Americans elected him in a landslide. They gave up.

It's this one: https://balansenergie.nl/ They're a startup trying to get to the minimum amount of MWh to become a 'virtual power plant'. It seems it's 48kwh, apologies. And it seems the cheapest bat

And it's so much easier to clean too. And, when you're not cooking it's flat so you can just use as counter space. And then there's the flammable gas in your house. I had it for 20 years, it works fine when installed pro

Purely anecdotally I have not noticed any improvement in FPS or performance while gaming. The fact that some Windows games run better on Bazzite + Proton (/ Wine) is evidence in itself.

This is 'survivor' bias, I think. Or some other fallacy. Oil is found in a lot of regions but the non-violent ones were obviously exploited first. They are now just emptied out, like the North Sea in Europe.

Mine can go until -25c they say: https://www.nibe.eu/en-eu/products/heat-pumps/air-water-heat... We don't ever get those temps so I should be fine. My biggest issue is not cold but mist. I live near a ri

This is _completely_ different. If Russia stops gas deliveries you are immediately without energy. If China stops exporting your PV and battery while just continue to work for 20 years.

After the 2022 energy crisis we renovated our house and moved fully electric. Heatpump, induction cooking, battery, etc... It was already a easy financial case to be made, let alone the extra comfort. But now it's a no-brainer. I get €

Since Vista they added a prompt, the UAC. But since they required it for almost anything people trained themselves to just hit Yes on everything.

Sounds great, but if my family wanted to access a web-ui in stead of shooting me a message in natural language I could also give them the Radarr / Sonarr UI. Currently the profile is fixed. I guess they can delete movies but I can re-d

Well i run the new qwen3.6 or gemma4 now. I have a 48gb ram Macbook but its from work, so not really meant to be serving models 24/7. And then for ‘big’ work I tend to switch to a cloud offering. With a 128gb mac I would be 100% offl

1) You're missing the point. Overseer can do this, yes. AI model can work with ANY REST API. 2) How does Overseerr help? I've never really understood it if I could give my family access to Overseerr over a VPN I could just give

Openclaw uses the API key for Sonarr / Radarr, no secrets management (yet). Though egress is heavily restricted for OpenClaw and everything is behind a FW.

When they say 'due to openclaw' they refer to running AI models that openclaw uses, not to openclaw itself.

As I play more with Agents like Hermes and Openclaw I've come to realise these truly are the new GUI. I have Radarr and Sonarr running on my homeserver. I switched my model to cloud Claude, pasted the API docs of said apps and told it
