Fair, 90% of my darkroom experience was a stat cam and we used plastic tubs and rubber(ized?) rollers. They always stained but since I wasn't using metal...

Still better than logging in, using the new web app or downloading the app. It's not like 95% of the content is any good anyway. You have to dig deep into a niche to really get any value, and the last few years, less and less. Of cours

Right? (#2), I can't be so far in the minority to just not be willing to bother with Twitter. There is really very little content that will compel me to have a bad time consuming it. Is it 1 out of 10? 2 out of 10? More? Even if it

Darkroom chemicals versus natural environment? (Though maybe it's pollution or trace elements in organic materials causing the rust / pitting on the CT?).

Wouldn't you want to track the flow through the all components though? Case management for example - case is created, case is triaged, case is (hopefully) closed. That way there is visibility. If it's workflow A/tool A, some

It feels like "progress" and "change" are glacial. I'm about to turn 50. I have been in tech since I was 23. When I first entered the workforce there were more people doing the same amount of work than happens today

I am far, far, far more productive in a 15-25 hour week than I am in a 35-45 hour week. Every hour past 30 is diminishing returns for focus/knowledge work.

I'm hoping I get 30 years out of my sub-compact tractor. I'd hate to be an old man and have to buy another one on retirement income... These things are not lawnmowers, and they should (if cared for) last. I refused to even shop Jo

The mask debate is so ridiculous I'm astonished that we are still having it. Why do so many (mostly science deniers) constantly have an axe to grind? Those most "propagandized" are almost a complete overlap with those that id

I hated how as a developer the requirements weren't understood, written down or changed weekly, completion was extremely hard to achieve, and I always ended up in crunch time redoing work (weekends and evenings). So I became a BA. As a

This is probably sacrilege but after 40 years of being annoyed with avocado ripeness I just routinely buy them and keep them in the fridge. They don't go off and keep for weeks.

This is a good question and there are many good responses here. I wish there was a silver bullet, but after decades of startups and launching new companies and transactions and exits, I've seen even the most ethical people do questiona

I think certain kinds of work lend themselves to 100% remote being OK. I have worked remotely for about 10-11 years total out of my career. I just had to fly to client sites every once in a while, or drive in to the city to attend meetings.
