David Horowitz doesn't seem radical at all. His positions as far as I can google in five minutes seem very reasonable. I think you seeing him as radical is more a reflection of how radically left you are.

I'm biased against this and you're biased towards it. And your opinion is just as worthy of being kept to yourself. It's not that you're against shame you just don't want your bad behaviors shamed.

Not really, no. Sex has consequences like these people are seeing. Consenting people can still make mistakes and ruin relationships where if they had exercised better judgment they wouldn't have had problems.

The sex part is a bit shame worthy I'd say. But the part where this woman cannot identify the father is definitely worth shaming.

War is one manifestation of politics. Politics will exist for as long as there are people. Any country not able to or interested in waging occasional war will be destroyed by countries that can and do. Simple as that. But please I'm in

It's more out of convenience that credit card is used. There isn't some American principle that human = credit score. Americans just don't want their government ID required to do basic things. See discord age verification con

I think it's more trying to say, if an individual cannot support themselves or provide value to others who can support them then those other intangible factors don't matter too much. In the first world we have a ton of excess valu

Yes there's more red tape the larger you get but there's also working product(s) that when they're broken you stop making money. See recent Amazon outages caused by vibe/slop/movefast coding practices with little re

Unless you're covering 100% of edge/corner cases during planning (including roughly how they're handled) then there is still value in code reviews. You conveniently brushed this under the rug of pair programming but of the ha

I'm probably similar to you re: diet, but... If I eat perfectly clean for 90% of my diet and then I consume poison for the remaining 10%, that's still doing some damage. You can, however, be happy with the fact that 10% is better

Speaking of fairytales, you're living in your own. Disconnecting value from productivity sounds good if you don't examine any of the consequences. Can you build a society from scratch using that principle? If you can't then w

From mine and plenty of others point view, US morals are on the rise. Go ask some Iranians (both in the US and in Iran) what they think about their leadership change. Same with Venezuelans.
