I wouldn’t consider 737s huge planes. Also, their entire fleet is made up of 737s, so it’s not like large airports get a massive planes (maybe a MAX vs a -700, but still not a huge difference)

100% agree with this. I work on a service deployed in Azure processing PBs of data each day. We’re a team of about 8 engineers, and we have an on-call rotation. As a result, we’re incentivized to reduce on call noise and have the system aut

Most Azure services don’t, but Azure Monitor does. I guess it’s easy to deploy something that emits tons of logs or metrics inadvertently, so having a quota might be nice. I think it’s tricky to implement, though.

From the service side...What happens when the user quota resets? You see a flood of traffic to the service. That might trigger anomaly alerts or you run out of capacity. Another issue is how often does the quota reset? Daily? Hourly? Monthl
