   It will load 2 big arrays in memory (per classloader). Code is super complex so maintenance would be very hard. I guess it makes sense to use it as a library (MIT license) if your code parses a log of doubles.

   I'm not aware that Wikimedia is producing public domain output. Wikipedia and wiktionary for example are under CC BY-SA 3.0 license which is kind of '(L)GPL'.
