Agreed about Flite Test. They have kits using water resistant foam board that will perform and look better. Also this delta wing has options like being able to purchase the motor kit needed: https://store.flitetest.com/ft-sp

I also had at one point a steering controller that resembled a RC car controller. That worked a lot better for me than racing wheels that were much more common. Pairing that with the original ReVolt RC racing car game (don't buy the ri

Agreed. I've watched a few Everest documentaries over the years. The camera work in the ones I saw doesn't quite give me an overall sense of the space. This was very nice to see.

How fast are you driving that a 30 minute charge (even at a level 3 charger) gets you sufficient range for 5 hours of driving? It should be closer to an hour of charging I'd think, if you are driving at highway speeds.

The samples I was shown definitely had a theme: robots, raccoons, hats, and raccoons wearing hats. Our brains are very thoroughly wired to detect faces in general, and flaws in faces. So we have a very, very high standard for what passes mu

Eh, not it is not hard to believe. The research was definitely worth pursing. A 1.2% overall efficiency gain is not nothing , and is indeed significant enough that I think people will want to implement it. On the other hand, without doing

It is understandable to want to avoid silicon doping tech, because that requires a substantial industrial base. But you could still try bootstrapping via germanium transistors.

One of my current desktops is an Ivy Bridge i7. It isn't that fast anymore, but with 32GB of RAM, it isn't too bad. I could really use some more cores for parallel builds though. Might be time to upgrade.
