My mom bought Green Giant broccoli and cauliflower in a gluey pseudo-cheese sauce. It was as disgusting as it sounds. I didn't like broccoli and cauliflower until I had them raw. Of course, YMMV :)

In Chicago, shopping carts used to be commonly found in Osco Drugs, mostly because they were attached to Jewel Food stores. A few Dominick's groceries had Walgreens drugstores attached, but there weren't many of those.

Part of the reason independent pharmacies have declined is due to pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). For example, Aetna owns CVS and they force you to go there.

In a past life, I worked for Time Inc. The SI swimsuit issue was a big driver for subscriptions, especially when the premium was an SI swimsuit calendar. The football phone, not so much.

They may be cheap, but they're not good quality. I've found Teva, Mylan, and Sandoz to be effective. A lot of the weird stuff from India that CVS uses just doesn't work. I'm stuck with using CVS as they own Aetna.
