The sites that don't work are usually the worst websites around - you end up not missing much. And if it's a store or whatever, you can unblock all js when you actually want to buy.

Python is in the same spot now you can't easily install packages globally. I don't have the hard drive space to develop multiple projects anymore. Every single project takes up multiple gigs in just dependencies.

UMatrix blocks those by default. Blocking third party cookies very rarely breaks anything. I can only think of one instance in the past five years, and that wasn't really a third party cookie, but one website using two different domain
