We tried this. It’s no good for details like names, places, amounts, the interesting things etc. It will however fill in the gaps with made up stuff, which was rather infuriating.

Is the WebDriver standard a good one? (Relative to playwright I guess) I seem to recall some pains implementing it a few years ago.

I would bet more. My home owner’s insurance comes with a section on what dogs I can’t own under the terms of the insurance. It’s a couple dozen specific breeds, not just pit bulls.

I found windows confusing. In Linux speak, was this some kind of kernel module thing that CS installed? It’s all I can think of for why the machines BSOD

What I’m hoping for is something less “modern” and more desktop oriented than gnome and less complex and fancy than kde with a fast, no bullshit app launcher and doc search, mostly keyboard accessible.

The usefulness of job control to me is why I can’t stand to use PowerShell and a few other “modern” fancy shells for command line work.

Only the guy not leading says stuff like this. You can be sure he’d be up there convincing Congress that moats need to be built for his competitors and building opaque systems if fortune favored differently.
