I agree as well. The kicker here is that the resource has to be well developed, comprehensive and use effective ways to teach the subject. Most online courses I've seen aren't comprehensive, don't really have any effective to

IMO, I think google was never designed to really drive people to highly detailed resources. Google is more similar to something like wikipedia where it gives you the high-level overview instead. It makes sense as well that it is like this b

The problem is the real estate market is very heavily regulated. So even if the market is demanding 50,000 more high-rise condo units be built...it can't happen if the area only approves 5,000 units. That's why it is so important

If you read the theories or Karl Marx, his theories are pretty accurate in terms of explaining why people work "gig jobs" even though worker protections are basically non-existent. Marx basically described a class of people as bei

People have strong brand loyalty to amazon. These days you can get pretty much everything for cheaper on ebay. The only reason to use amazon is if you need the item super quick like less than 2 days.

As with everything, automating this at scale is very difficult because you'll need residential IP addresses. So unless you have access to a massive bot net, good luck.

Yes, you can do that. It seems like the vast majority of other people on here have absolutely no clue what they're talking about because they've never used the browser. I have used it about 2 weeks now. Every 15 minutes or so a po

Before anyone reads this article. It is talking about actual acreage of land, not dollar value. Most of these 1% own large ranches in rural areas. For some of these people, the reason they own large rural lands is for conservation purposes.
