Hmmm looks like evernote is a winner. I'm not revealing till much later in the process but ill tell you this, so far it looks like MongoDB + geospatial indexing = win! you might find it useful as well.

IANAL but you need to check what prevents risk propagation. I.E. If you have an LLC does A and B, if someone decides to sue A, A and B are both liable even if B has nothing to do with A. In general you would want separate LLCs eventually; I
