If you've been a 20-year Nvidia Linux user like I have, you'll have countless horror stories of system upgrades and kernel revisions breaking NVidia drivers, leaving you with a non-working desktop. How about all the times lightdm&

Now that Mesa supports rusticl, your concerns are irrelevant. ROCm is no longer needed.

for me, it's the basic presumptions you're making in your posts, the vague fork threats when your ideas are challenged, and the way you hand-wave previous controversies such as weaponized-CoC's. All of which make me think you

This is exactly the view most of the world has about PrismLauncher for Minecraft; A little UI reorganization and rainbows = land of milk and honey. Nevermind all the FUD being spread about the old project having "malware" in it. M

He didn't make NESticle or Genecyst or Callus for anyone but himself. That much should've been obvious by the UI for each emulator. Obviously, he wanted to write a 65(C)816 and SPC700 emulator in 1997, so he did. Considering how b

Be wary of Mastodon. While they were a good idea in the begining, their embrace/extend of GNU Social's protocol, as well as the walling-off of a large chunk of the federated network, is blatant censorship.

Mastodon has Embrace/Extended the GNU Social protocol, walling-off large parts of the federated network in an act of mass-censorship. Be wary of jumping out of the frying pan and into another frying pan.
