This seems like a technical solution to what's a political problem. Those don't usually work out as one would like, or worse, get enshrined in some standard that doesn't solve anything and which makes things worse for the few

This is what I was going to suggest. C is even pretty easy to parse - you can just take the ready ANTLR grammar and use it to generate a parser in whatever language you want. Of course, he might go even one step further and specify the stru

The guy invented Intense Pulsed Light, i.e. the laser technology used in hair removal, so it sounded plausible he might have found a way to cut hair with a lower-intensity laser. Even if it cut it slowly, it might be better than razors for

You'll get less hurt in a collision with a bicycle than I would if I get hit by a car doing 100km/h with a drunk driver behind the wheel. By any measure, I should be on the sidewalk in that case and it's extremely selfish to

If you need to convert float to int, use an explicit rounding mode. Then adding 0.1f (or rather the closest fp approximation) ten times will round up to 10.

That kind of system would be pretty sweet if it also rated the manager and let each employee review what they were doing during the day. Full transparency and ratings both ways.

That's a lot of supposing for a class of developers who write for platforms without an OS, where you must set up your VM tables yourself and program the GPU manually.
