Rule number one in online retail is looking up the vendor before you buy anything, no matter how much money you are saving. I dont see why any one should blame Google for this. Next thing you know, people are gonna want directions on google

Chef is awesome. We recently virtualized our entire production environment with the help of KVM + chef. Now installing a package or tweaking an install is a matter of updating some code. Did you use Chef for deployments?

I feel another issue is that management sometimes feels that paying big bucks means your rear end is covered. It takes a lot to convince them that this is free and works great at the same time. Whats more, the community is great!

Whats that old saying? "Dont give a man a fish, teach him how to fish." Unfortunately, some people cant even afford fishing equipment. So a mix of both is very important. Why throw tonnes of money? Throw some jobs with that too.

The best way to use it would be to ask a question, and paste the link to the question in the relevant chat room. You dont "have to" paste the link as it shows up part of feeds in the chat room anyway(if you tagged the question correctly), b

The UI is not intuitive. You need some messages that help the user navigate and use the site effectively. Right now I m just clicking around trying to make sense of it. (you could include messages with a "Dont show this again" option)

Firstly, as a free user you really shouldn't be asking for HA. (I m assuming their paid customer are kicking some butt as I speak .. or maybe not .. the site is back up :)). However, as a business you really want to give ALL your customers
