More blacks and hispanics voted for Trump than Romney. They just weren't vocal before the election. "Trump claimed 29 percent of the Hispanic vote on Tuesday compared to Romney's 27 percent in 2012. With blacks, exit polls sh

It seems to be working now Edit: its somewhat working. I think the issue is if the person disconnects it looks like your messages aren't being sent (theory).

I wasn't confused. The first one is pretty obvious it's unknown and "I don't know" is the closest answer.

Yes, I should have been clearer. Running slower compared to a stationary observer. Your last point doesn't explain why or how time dilation occurs, just that we know that the speed of light is a constant to all reference frames. There

I think the article is suggesting the opposite to what you are saying. "quantum entanglement of whatever the underlying ‘atoms’ of spacetime are" You are arguing Einstein's version of the universe. The disproval of his EPR pa

"quantum entanglement of whatever the underlying ‘atoms’ of spacetime are" If we use this idea there are some space-time atoms, to explain entanglement. That same concept could explain space-time itself better. It is similar to ho

Space and time are very macro concepts according to general relativity. It doesn't actually explain how time elapses differently on one atom vs. another atom only that it does. I am traveling close to the speed to light how is my watch

If you are in silicon valley you can sample from everyone that took a seed round or everyone that quit their job to work full-time on a startup. In my sample of people I know or know of, the people who took risks created more wealth.

I always thought of Einstein's theory of General Relativity as a model. For me it doesn't explain the execution. This to me makes more sense that at a quantum level there are discreet particles that are being acted on according to

Google is becoming a tool for US imperialism. "Whether it is being just a company or “more than just a company,” Google’s geopolitical aspirations are firmly enmeshed within the foreign-policy agenda of the world’s largest superpower.

I don't get the racing analogy. It's not like you can buy a Formula One racing car. If Apple started making super computers to play chess then the analogy would be valid.

It depends on the car you own, the one you are buying and how much you drive. If you don't drive a lot and have a fuel efficient car, keep the car. If you own a Land Rover and drive a lot, buying a Tesla you'd be up over a few yea

Tesla aims to make their cars last 10 times longer than the average gasoline car. There are less things that can go wrong with an electric car. They are creating ways to increase utility on each car. Less people will need their own car. Edi

The $400m cash flow from pre-orders is an example of it being easier to tackle hard problems than easy ones. A lot of people would rather risk money in Tesla then make money investing in a bank or an oil company.
