That's crazy... Seeing how many comments a video sometimes can get. I don't see how someone could go through all their comments for some videos, and it also means they would have to keep track of this for every video posted...

This honestly depends on what undefined behavior we are talking about. Sometimes it will be guaranteed to behave a certain way on a compiler. A few will also be the same across compilers if your compiling for the same architecture. However,

However, people who would create a forum for a topic were often more dedicated. Same for those that seek out such a forum. You also got a lot of different quality of content from dedicated forums. At least for technical ones from my experie

People used to host forums dedicated too a topic. Forums are still a thing... Reddit, is just a forum of forums... Why do we need centralized forums anyways?

Sounds like the guy is an ass. I would not be surprised if he mislead the developer and when “cooperating” with cftc made it sound like he knew that software broke the law.

Does anyone have way to a prove software is bug free? Familiar with the halting problem? I think that is the crux of the argument here. Testing does not solve the problem. Like the possible states that hardware and software have can be enor

Main point everyone is unsophisticated to just rely on tests (read for justification) Perhaps not ban, but I would say testing can only tell you so much. It applies to pretty much to any digital system short of exhausting every possible s

I would agree, it's the same as claiming testing will find all bugs in software. Some of these devices also have a lot of software. While deep analysis make it harder to hide things. Analysis does not forgo the possibility for exploits

Systemd just makes things worse. I remeber seeing someone post one of the simplest init process one could write. It was only about 100 lines of C.

Never said it was. I just was saying it's quite different from ICANN policy and plus there are old defunct country code domains which still have domain records even though you can't make new domains records. It just breaks things

Pretty petty if you ask me. ICANN generally lets things be grandfathered in. However, it is a country code domain so they can administer it how they want.

How is HTTP/2 a benefit for a file store? The design of HTTP/2 helps websites more. It supports push since webpages include resources that a server knows a client is going to need anyways. This avoids request latency for websites.
