Most users don't use on-page find though. Facebook use this "lazy-load, eager-unload" for their news feed. It's a bit annoying, but obviously the alternative is your browser screeching to a halt.

Interesting. My thoughts were this was the weak half-rationalisations of a teacher taking out his anger at himself for his own career having plateaued on his students. I think that's a shame that just because the film doesn't expl

Before you rewrite in another language? Have you benchmarked it? Are you sure you know where the bottleneck is?

Can you explain how exactly Java and C++ have poor support for composition? Classes can have member variables in both languages. What else is there?

To execute this automatically in an efficient way we need a query planner which can look at the whole pipeline and decide to use a different set of primitives if the naive/implied ones aren't sufficient. What you're talking a

I'm not sure. I've also tried to publish an add-on but couldn't figure out what any of it meant. Google Drive and Docs seems to be forever changing the way things work and then only rolling out the features to certain people

Is it possible to make this available via Add-Ons or is the only way to copy paste all the files into the script editor? (Really neat idea by the way -- looking forward to hopefully bring some of my SQL skills to bear on my accounts.)

Unlike domain names they're immutable. So if it's good now, it's good as long as the private key is kept safe. If you want to cross reference the identity with an email address you could use a keyserver. If you want to cross

Easiest way to improve the production deployment situation is to use a PaaS like Heroku. Something like Dokku may simplify things by having all the "wiring" done for you. YMMV. Thinking about it a bit more, there could be less dir

Here's a compiler which uses program synthesis to target a mesh network type architecture: http://pl.eecs.berkeley.edu/projects/chlorophyll/ . It uses a guided process like is implied in the last slides.
