I live here. Have for 5 years, and my latest startup will keep me here for a good number more... success permitting! Singapore has excellent food, weather and is incredibly safe & clean. You can eat $4 noodles or $400 dollar steak. Booz

I'd definitely concur with that statement. Location and living environment are definitely a factor in deciding to take a job somewhere else than where you are now. Whether SF is 'nicer' than somewhere else is down to the individual's prefer

Easy to mock someone who lists a key skill as 'talking & listening' :-) That said, there are plenty of people who aren't good at either! My concern would be that the tone of the post seems to indicate that conversation could be as focus

I try and make the answer to that 'all of it'. But the flexible grid stuff can be hard on more complex sites... On simpler 'blog like' site I can't see a reason why you wouldn't at least try and get things readable on every screen.
