madvertise only fills in some european countries. In case madvertise doesn't fill, I use AdMob. For madvertise I use a 30 seconds refresh rate, for AdMob 60 seconds. This explains the differences. Best regards Johannes

True. INSTALL_PACKAGES is a permission with protectionLevel=signatureOrSystem. All other applications can do is take the user to an install-Activity hosted by the OS. For my intention for installing SellAring, please see my answer above.
