Samsung worked directly with the banks to deploy a tokenization scheme via the magnetic card swipe system so it would be EMV equivalent. It's not sending your actual card number, but a virtual card number provided by the bank that does

I believe it doesn't actually send the message content through GCM anymore, but just notifies the client that a new message is available and tells it to connect to Open Whisper Systems' server for the content.

No, if someone is acting as an 'agent' of law enforcement, the evidence would be excluded via the exclusionary rule just the same as if the evidence was collected directly by the police themselves.

Apparently the issue is the testing. You need to purchase a large quantity of pills from the original manufacturer to compare your new batch with and that was hard to obtain.

The drug isn't patented anymore. Apparently the issue is that you need to conduct trials if you want to have permission to make a copy of the drug and to do so you need a supply to compare your new copy with and that was hard to purcha

Why not just target the businesses that the spam is promoting? It seems that with enough spam complaints on file, an investigator could subpoena records to see where a business is paying for robospammers.

Well, some aircraft also have Autoland ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autoland ) If a malfunction happens during landing, you definitely don't have several minutes to rectify it.

The officer never would have had probable cause for a warrant for this individuals information though, since he didn't even work at the sites that had the missing/tampered drugs.
