Big fan of Empirical! I'm excited to continue following the development. Do you have customers, or potential customers in the pipeline?

I use one exclusively. I was a pianist at one point in my life. The ErgoDox is a game changer for my wrists and pinkies. I got back up to speed in a week. It's awesome for me.

This was engaging to read. Thanks for sharing. I'm curious how you handle down time when you are restarting your servers? What happens if a client is interacting with the app at that very moment?

One of my favorites is the Tagalog word "daw" pronounced "dao". You put it on any phrase where you don't accept the burden of truthfulness. "mom said dinner is at 6 daw" If it's not at 6, that's

I had my first experience with RSS a few weeks back. I added a feed to my tech blog at request of one of those on my mailing list. I ended up writing a python script that transforms the HTML of my blog's landing page into an RSS feed.

My wife is a therapist, her suggestion is to go call up the largest local University and talk to folks in their psych department for recommendations. They're usually much more science driven and grounded.

I've really enjoyed J so far. Pointless has been fun. Brat was an interesting one to work with. Pony and Nim are both pleasant. Hy was a fun way to do Numpy lisp. I'm digging in to Chaos and then Janet after that.

Late to the party. I write a data science blog but I can only use esoteric programming languages. It's a blast. https://andrewnc.github.io/blog/blog.html

This is a really fascinating question. When I chatted with some of the Jane Street crew at NeurIPS they were adamant in the benefits of OCaml's Hindley-Milner type system. I didn't ask, but am curious, how that compares to the typ
