I just tried GPGTools[1]; I generated a key and set it as default in Preferences. I sent a test email with the "OpenPGP" button glowing. I'm prompted for the password, yet it's still sent as plaintext - it only adds a si

I was going to complain this didn't work then I realised my server (Latest Debian stable) only has Vim 7.2 and this requires 7.3. I'm not surprised to find my Mac, which I bought last year, has 7.3 but my server, which I installed

I like how people put "machine.jpg" as a file name. It's very descriptive. If I had to guess, it looks like a home made CNC machine.

So this essentially turns a flash drive into a NAS that's accessible over the internet? I'd like to know how it's web-accessable. Is there a web server built into the plug device?

Recommended reading if your considering co-locating instead of AWS: http://www.codinghorror.com/blog/2012/10/building-servers-fo... -- It compares prices (now somewhat out of date) vs performance.

Depends. It could easily be a crude guide saying little more than "apt-get install node". Isn't that "deploying"?
