I understand their motivation as sending traffic that is expected to be secure to the wrong person is worse than knowing ones traffic is visible to all hops.

https://perma.cc/contingency-plan looks nice but how is it enforced? How can we be guaranteed that this will happen. I have heard enough shallow promises torn apart when the grim reaper came to a web service so I have zer

And it does not even manage to keep its formatting intact if you resize text. Why JS then?!

Geolocating IP addresses is very flawed and making maps from such data is bad science.

What does native even mean here? It is just making a standalone browser that will only talk to the website and whatever resources it references or somehow make it all work locally, natively?

Can this blockchain technology really leverage the big data prospects of the cloud?

Hey, people misinterpreted my post (can't blame them, it was very sparse). I am genuinely interested in the kind of money this can generate and would highly appreciate regular follow-ups if you don't mind sharing.

OMEMO lists offline delivery as a key feature. I would have been shocked if it did not support it because that would be a "useless and dead in the water" blocker for new technology in our mobile world.

Yeah, that's the point I believe. As long as I trust the modules it should be fine or are there other dangers?

Sounds like bad OPSec. If he used his normal account via Tor he identified himself towards Amazon. Amazon checking against a list of Tor exit nodes and warning customers is a good thing. I say that as a Tor lover.
