All the time. For example: open a link in Gmail, forget that I am in the in-app browser, and log into a service.

One lock-in scenario to consider is if you may ever want to offer an on-premise version of your SaaS product. This is what my company is doing now. It's a huge pain in the butt, but it does bring in a lot of revenue.

We've got concrete runways here at MSP (Minneapolis/St. Paul). A lot of the highways are concrete as well.

I don't disagree (and I certainly would never correct anyone who says Czech Republic), but "Federal Republic of Germany" usage was fairly common before Germany was reunited.

To be completely fair, the context in which it's still called "The Czech Republic" is the same context that you would say "The Federal Republic of Germany"

In 2016, the country formerly known as The Czech Republic declared that its English name was now Czechia. This is now its official ISO name, how it shows up in the Geonames database, and how it is commonly referred to in places like news me

> SQL standard wants it both ways - it wants to say "boolean null isn't false" except when for its own convenience it decides that yes, null is false. I don't see it that way. Null cast to boolean is always false. N

I can't imagine the standard does not specify that NULLS DISTINCT should treat nulls as distinct and NULLS NOT DISTINCT should treat nulls as not distinct.

It's not for everyone, but the (paid) programming font that I fell I love with is Codelia. It's got a dose of whimsy to it, but not too much, and is an all-around extremely readable and usable coding font. https://tosch

I don't know, given the experience at Tegel, I'd say past performance is very indicative of future. What a terrible airport that was.
