Yeah, but it’s “your realtor” through that transaction, unless they are fired. Regardless, most successful realtors have repeat clients, for buying and selling (even if it’s years between transactions).

My archetype of a good sales person is the successful realtor. Realtors tend to “eat what they can kill”, so you can see the skills power law clearly. They are selling themselves more than houses, but there’s a lot to learn from that. Some

And how many people who threatened to “move to Canada” did so? I don’t doubt that Elon’s antics will have an impact, but in my experience the actions people take may be different when the rubber meets the road. Your friends may be less idea

You’re loosely describing a CSRF vulnerability, which do occur but people try to design against them and mitigate them. For example, actions that mutate often require POST (which won’t be triggered by a link), cookies may be marked strict (

Why do you say this? I used to live right in the center of the stick figure, and regularly did the loop up around Christie Pits or down around Trinity Bellwoods. Those streets are great for running, not boring at all.

Looking at inflation-adjusted dollars or even fraction-of-GDP, Biden has spent more on stimulus and new investment programs than the entirety of the New Deal. So what gives? Maybe it’s not a capital problem.

I don’t think the surprise was based on the head of the executive, rather it was based on the DOJ taking a stance in favor of exemptions. I just get tired of the idea that the president/executive completely colors every single governme

Strange, I was not far from there. I can imagine it being accepted at St. Jacob’s, but I suspect that it was a rather special case. I certainly can’t recall any restaurants in Waterloo taking Canadian Tire money. Then again, I never asked.

I don’t think copy/pasting the same response everywhere is better. IIRC, CloudRun has multiple modes of operation (fully-managed and in a K8s cluster) and different sandboxes for the fully-managed environment (VM-based and gVisor-based

A decent while ago, I was the original author of that performance guide. I tried to lay out the set of performance trade-offs in an objective and realistic way. It is shocking to me that you’re spending so much time commenting on a few figu

It’s preventing the theft of the API key. The attack can, at most, replay that specific request (which you could also mitigate with a nonce and expiration).

It’s true that there’s a precise set of circumstances that would be different for the RCE (the lack of a PAM dance prior, same process group & session, no allocation of a pseudo-terminal, etc.). My point was merely that I don’t think th

There is no ‘system()’ syscall, and fork/exec would be extremely common for opensshd — it’s what it does to spawn new shells which go on to do anything. I’m not arguing with the point, but this is a great place to hide — very difficult

The failure here is that the door was not reinspected after the bolts had been removed to “open” it. A reinspection would be required if had been “removed”, and I’d bet that wings are always inspected for proper construction and installatio

I feel like you’re assuming that everyone thinks the same way you do. I don’t really think the evidence or history bears out “they just want freedom”. There were many obvious opportunities for this in the past.
