I know it is owned by Atlassian now but Trello is a very nice tool for this. I've been using it for more than 10 years now to track personal todos and projects. The phone app is also smooth and to the point.

The issue is that one-by-one the most used plugins are available only on Jira Cloud to make on-prem look under-featured and have people switch to it. But I don't understand with all the comments pointing out the traps you have to avo

This sounds like something the DB driver should be able to do and hide it, at least by default, from the user.

I refuse to believe people think those are good deepfakes. The lipsync is so so so bad. So bad.

And how would the owner go about that? Implement expensive geo-fences and KYC processes for a market they are not interested in? If they (EU people) want to use it .. they should be able to without expecting the same protections as if the b

Unfortunately it still takes a lot of effort to actually switch and not just poke around to see what's what. Most things do work these days but inevitably you will have to open the dreaded terminal (or be forced into runlevel 3 because

IIRC Stargate's replicators are a close enough visualization of such an artificial lifeform where swarms self-assemble in some kind of organic shapes (most likely for cinematic purposes) and their only goal is to consume matter to crea

well, yes. but, unless there are geographical constraints, they all know that only one will be truly successful and it's hard to pass an insane exit opportunity. Especially since you can try again but full of cash.

Oh, I totally agree. Documentation summarization .. perfect for it. I was talking more about actually coding with it. Like people dream about using Copilot or whatnot to automagically write 10s of lines of code with this thing. I tried it.

I was blessed with a bunch of CHM files. I knew by heart how to browse that style of documentation. I still to this day prefer reference style to tutorial or by example.

I may be in minority here but I tried using this thing for coding. It's horrible. Bootstrapping (barely) a basic API that even a scaffolding tool from 10 years ago can do is not something I would brag about. If you need anything more c

To be fair JetBrains offers fallback licensing. It's 170e/year if you keep paying for it. You can stop and get to keep the latest version you payed. Example: IDEA 1.0 is out now and you pay 170e. 12 months later IDEA 1.9 is out ..

Dude scams left and right. Pay "just" 11.86 but .. starting next month it is "only" 48.96. His revenue is just rich people forgetting what they subscribed to. Yeah it makes you some money but this is providing no value.
