I would even add that sometimes "maintainable and reliable" are overrated. Sometimes being quick to market is more important then having to maintain the product. Sometimes providing a bad product is only relative to the competitio

Hmm... This is actually not a bad idea. Like seriously, some people will pay for it IMO. It might actually be a viable product.

Students! Many of them actually want and need to sit in a classroom and have someone teach (!) them. Having a shared syllabus is not really the problem. (I am teaching... I wish more people would actually study independently and I could jus

Most people are very casual listeners. Like in most of their products, google seems to be targeting the majority. Also, you're comparing different products in terms of price. YT can offer a "pro" version at an additional prem

They claim it is done without revealing these contact to signal. Assuming they are telling the truth, why would you care that your contacts know you also use signal (like them)?

The core interview of this type is still fairly terrible IMO. You're just masking it with a few nicities as many big companies already do. (Those rich enough to have proper interviewer training)

Whatever the final syntax will be, if it is part of the JS standard, Typescript will probably adopt it at some point. (And its team will try to push the standard towards being as close to the current Typescript as possible)

Is this a productized Duet[1]? Are you using it under the hood? (As far as I'm concerned, if the answer is yes to both, this has much potential. I'm just trying to figure out what I'm looking at) Thank you! [1]: https:/

I'm very familiar with pysyft and tensorflow federated (and Duet which may be the open source basis for this kind of product). I have much interest on the topic and that's why I was seriously scanning the website and tried to unde

The blog post, demo, and website are incredibly uninformative (maybe informative, but not on own product's details). Eventually, pressing on "getting started" goes to a sign up for updates page.

I would say that the second coin is unfair but it's not "unbiased" in the statistics sense. It has an expected mean and taking the sample mean of flips will converge to it.

Strongly disagree. It is OK if you prefer no solution to some complex typing needs that are solved with complex syntax in Typescript. Most of Typescript is optional. It's not trivial to think of simpler alternatives to much of the prob
