Even us die-hard Firefox users are forced to use other browsers just to get full PWA support. If Mozilla makes it difficult for fans of their browser to stick with Firefox, it's not surprising that non-Firefox users won't bother s

I'm old enough that I thought this was related to the old mainframe/UNIX company from the 90s!

I kind of like it. I wonder if the whole house was built from new or did they build on top of some old structure? Definitely has character :-)

I think you can also just put in a fake Microsoft account (or a valid account but incorrect password), and after checking that the credentials are no good, the setup wizard will give you the option to create a local account.

My biggest frustration with Mozilla, is how they force me to use other browsers for some tasks. I'm a die-hard Firefox user on Mac, Windows, and Android, but if I want to use PWAs then I'm forced to use a Chromium-based browser.

The email addresses weren't leaked by Trello - they were already leaked from "previous breach corpuses". So if you want the email addresses, you just need to be hanging out in the same forums and sites as the bad actors.

You are both correct. The title is bad since it says "Trello leaked 15M email addresses" but the email addresses were already leaked and were used to look up the additional details. It is still leaking (names and usernames), but T

Who is asking for spatial audio mixes? Is there any demand for this or is Apple pushing it for corporate reasons? To my ears, the spatial mixes are an interesting gimmick, but the audio quality sounds worse than the "HD" (or whate

Seemed pretty obvious to me after looking at the "Support & Licensing" section of the website. They explain it in clear terms.

I'm only just catching up on how serious this whole scandal was. I watched some of the hearing where the Fujitsu boss was apologising and talking about compensation. He wasn't willing to put a number on it just yet, but agreed the

Yes! I posted a similar comment above - in my mind an audiophile is someone who is enthusiastic about audio. But you can have a lot of fun in the budget audiophile space without getting into the crazy side of audiophilia. By the way, I rece

I think you are an audiophile, in the same way I am - you're enthusiastic about audio. I don't like the term only referring to those that pursue the foolish end of high-end audio. I love buying budget audiophile gear and trying to

I'm no investor or financial analyst, but it appears to me that Microsoft have a diverse range of revenue (that don't necessarily depend on each other) with pretty good lock-in with their products (not easy switching away from M36

Why does this have "(2014)" in the title of the post? This article was written, or at least updated, in late 2022 or 2023: "data for 2022 and beyond are still being finalized, so this does not include inflation taking place i
