One important difference that I found is that HTMX (and Alpine AJAX) can easily push a URL into the browser's location history. I've used this feature often with my Django projects--essentially storing the state in the URL which i

YouTube has gotten so bad recently, I started to watch it in Firefox mobile instead. On Android, I have Tampermonkey with GoodTube installed, and it not only blocks ads, but also removes Shorts, and a few other annoyances.

I was prepared to hate this article based on the clickbaity headline "...everyone is getting syntax highlighting wrong". But I agree with the premise, and I find his proposed scheme a lot better than some of the most popular colou

I think they bit off more than they could chew with this project, but happy they are making progress. I actually prefer Gnome, so I didn't care much for this project anyway. I've switched back to regular Debian 13 and am super hap

It wouldn't surprise me if the ruff featurset eventually gets integrated into uv and ty. The linting seems to better suited to ty which would be able to provide more intelligent linting since it understands the codebase better. And the

Yep, I switched back to Firefox after loving Zen for a while. The latest UI change that tipped me over the edge was to remove the ability to use Firefox themes.
