Not sure how you see a connection between flat-earthers and the Saudis' treatment of women? It's fine for people to believe the world is flat - it doesn't hurt anyone.

The precedent has already been set (e.g. Infowars) that hosting an app on your platform is an endorsement of the content and the publisher of the app.

I recently looked at all the open-source and self-hosted analytics systems I could find. OWA felt very cumbersome, no native docker support, and I wasn't even sure if it was actively maintained. I ended up going with Matomo and haven&#

Also because the longer the YAML file, the bigger your indentation gets. It gets exponentially worse as you go.

Writing YAML is not easy for end-users. The indentation--especially in large files--is really difficult to keep track of, and some really basic stuff like when to quote strings is not consistent at all.

White space matters with Python but I rarely run into issues with indentation in Python. But YAML on the other hand, I have nothing but nightmares.

The author of this site is also the author of Bulma ( https://bulma.io/ ) - my goto CSS framework. He's also created another similar site for HTML: https://htmlreference.io/

I think having SMS codes as a second factor is better than nothing at all. Changes the risk profile significantly. Anybody can try bruteforce your password, but a smaller group of people have the ability to intercept your SMS messages.

Isn't TOTP also prone to phishing? If I can present a form to someone and trick them into entering their credentials, why not present a second form that also requests the TOTP code? That gives me a window of opportunity to log in as th

I read this book and had the same thoughts. But I think what he was intending to get across, is that you can take any statistics and spin it in a positive or negative way. In other words - you can choose to be optimistic or pessimistic. He

On a side note... Twitter seems like an odd choice for long-form writing. The author had to delete and re-post some of the tweets to get them back into the right order. What a nightmare.

I gave up on Choco because it got too hard. I could never tell which package I should install, I was never sure if I should be installing from an elevated prompt or not, and then they added a bunch of premium plans to choose between with a

Didn't work for me either. First time I tried nothing happened - just hung, the second time it started to build an nginx container but failed with a permission denied error. Also the only link that works is the link to Github.

I guess DDG are angling for Apple to purchase them. Personally I would have preferred for them to stick with OSM. Also, after a quick test, the Apple maps load slowly and driving directions are offloaded to another provider (Bing, Here, Goo
