I've been moderately happy with Tecware Phantom series keyboards. Per-key RGB, socketed switches, etc for $40-$50 USD. I'll never go back to membrane keyboards.

I've been doing that with keepalived for redundant dns. Are you saying I could put the dns vip as a secondary IP (keeping the primary node IP) in the tinc host config?

In most cases, it is a result of the teacher immediately "closing" the assignment/test after it has been submitted and you are only then able to see the final score. For the couple of teachers that actually use canvas properl

As a parent with a child in public grade school, the whole rote memorization of facts vs trying to help him understand and think isn't the real problem. The thing that makes him an A/B student (and sometimes almost C) instead of a

Tangentially related, is there any way for me as an end user to make Lemmy look more like old compact layout reddit instead of a clone of the new reddit layout with all the wasted whitespace? Edit: Currently, on my 1900x1200 monitor I can

Frustratingly enough, apparently not as I could never get it to work. It is pretty easy to set up a vxlan tunnel over wireguard if you absolutely need stuff like that though.

Cable ISP here locally has gone as far as to entirely remove access to the 196.168.100.1 diagnostic page. I can't even tell if my modem is properly synced with the network or not now. :-/

You are not alone. I will likely be migrating from Ubuntu to Debian on my next major upgrade cycle because of snap packages being forced upon me in places they should never exist (headless servers, substitutes for debs, etc).

I've followed the project since the 6.x days and I am still impressed that they managed (with the help of some really sharp win32 people) to get their fork-per-client model working on Windows.

Oh yes, tab completion adds an ampersand automatically on mine as well. I was just pointing out that literally quoting a pathname to an executable by itself doesn't achieve the desired outcome.
