Makes sense. Azure LBs do not support ICMP and all ping packets are dropped. You can't ping any Azure-hosted services. Kaggle.com fits the description.

I would not expect it to get implemented soon. It is not a very common use case. I don't think there are a lot of people/businesses run static HTML websites. So unless someone at MS convinces themselves that this is indeed a nice-
