Please note that these projects are not all governmentally funded and thus do not burden the state budget (affecting the x-usd-per-barrel-or-bust number) per se - Jeddah Tower is built "privately" by prince Waleed and his company

Dunno about good sources, but Neom and Qiddiya AFAIK still have prospected budgets of 500 billion dollars, each. This is of course an approximation and the actual amount is in a state of flux, so these are just two mega-parameters that are

FWIW, I don't like the statement "KSA needs 80USD per barrel to break even". It's too blunt, and obscures lots of variables, including their bond market, their megaprojects that aren't really being paid for (yet) as

Neither any of the comments nor the article explains what TfL stands for; it is "Transport For London", basically their public transport authority.

I really like this, looks very nice! Well done! Also I've heard that using establishment-provisioned tablets results in greasy screens, this solution alleviates that by using the patrons own devices :)

As a freelancer I've had zero online presence, not even LinkedIn. I have almost only ever got assignments through connections and reaching out to businesses myself. Garret, just emailed you.

That goes back to if the decision to assign them is strategic, or not. If they wish to deprecate the language, it will not be done. Also one could argue that that small code change which took 5 minutes could have cost the company hundreds o

Anecdote: I remember in 2007 or '08 a colleague was assigned to Ericsson, to work on a time reporting "application" made in VBA, contained in a gigantic Excel spreadsheet. I also assisted in some troubleshooting. It was calle

Some mpre constructive feedback people? Sure the page lacks some examples but many comments here are deeply disappointing. Remember doing an OSS project is extremely taxing, dealing with naysayers at all stages of development, impostor synd

If I understand this properly (and perhaps I don't) then many PC games run just fine on 8GB, possibly since the GPU has the textures and whatnot offloaded to it. Not many games would need much more than 8GB pure game process data in me

Well Teams is not a direct descendant of Messenger, so it's not like they broke that function. For me that's not a good point. But, for the record it doesn't work for me either.

This was a really interesting read. Is the crd event "system" also built on HTTP? Stop teasing and finish the next part already! ... O and thanks for the Go realism, we can use some of that.

Nitpick: > Crash was 512 polygons in the first game, with textures only for his spots and his shoelaces, and his model didn’t change much through the 3 platform titles. It took me a month to settle on the perfect 512. As Andy said, we

That may very well be. So correct me where I'm wrong here. The Fed prints (or issues) currency, lends it to "the state" at interest. The state eventually pays at least a part of that money back. All I'm assuming is that
