You could try Lunar[1] for that issue. It supports any number of monitors and contains a workaround that seems to also work with multiple identical monitors that can't be uniquely identified through their EDID data. There are still som

If you like keyboard shortcuts you might like to give Lunar[1] a try. It also has shortcuts for changing contrast and volume of the monitor as well as do that automatically for you based on the builtin monitor brightness or the sun elevatio

If this works for you, please also give Lunar[1] a try! It's free, and has a handy mode where it can sync your already adaptive built-in brightness to the external monitors. I'm the developer of Lunar so feel free to ask any quest

I think just allowing a CSS textarea input that can be injected inside a <style> HTML tag is enough. If the input is HTML escaped (replace <, > and other dangerous characters) then nothing should escape out of that tag. Thank yo

Great idea and execution! I've been using Liftoff[1] with Airtable as a DIY solution for this and while it's been easy to set it up and deploy it on Netlify, I still had to resort to writing a custom watch for changes daemon and f

An alternative to your last sentence seems to be the Nuphy mechanical keyboard: https://nuphy.com/ It is nowhere as elegant as actually replacing the builtin keyboard, it just sits on top of it using magnets. But it is a pr

I got pretty excited when I saw that and tried to find some use cases for it as soon as I enabled NextDNS. But I couldn't find any use case where it would make domain management easier. In fact it seemed overly complicated with it bein

DDC being standard, I just need to implement the protocol communication properly. Monitor vendors have to implement DDC because it's the only protocol supported by every device. So Lunar should work with all of the compliant monitors b

I'm working on making Lunar ( https://lunar.fyi ) work with as many monitor setups as possible. Lunar is a macOS app that can change your external monitor brightness and contrast based on your Macbook built-in display brig

Most of my use cases include converting values between currencies or measuring units. I mostly use Numi for that but having a simple tooltip is so much better. I also plan to use it for information that I can't memorize easily. Like a

Very cool idea! I also like that the provider script was written in Ruby, makes it easy to start hacking on it. I converted it to Crystal for a bit more speed and safety, you can find it here if you're interested: https://gi

Thank you! I noticed that the app feels laggier on higher resolutions, probably because of the CSS animations. I'll probably have to make a compromise between performance and good looking animations. About the web player, can you pleas

I think I may have to delete that. I used a TOS generator, but no matter how careful I was, it still introduced legalese that doesn't fit my needs. You can use Noiseblend as much as you want on as many devices as you can handle.
