EU did everything to start it, established economic blockade of Russia and sending weapons to Ukraine. At this point it is a war between Russia and EU in Ukraine.

I don’t think Android is linux desktop, even not a linux mobile. Yes indeed, there is so called kernel there, but it wrapped with custom bootloader, custom apis, custom desktop and set of apps developed and managed by single corporation.
